3) From the nonstationary spectra based on wavelet analysis, the induced higher harmonic components wereconfirmed, which suggests the occurrence of the partial uplifting of the upper part of the building from 3rdfloor. This is consistent with the concrete crack and main bar’s buckling of the middle column recognized on the 3rd floor.
